Competition: Win Digital Fabric Printing Sponsorship of your Final Collection

posted in: News | 0

Final year students can win sponsorship of their final collection with Print & Press, London

Calling all final year students…WIN partial sponsorship of your final major project!

We’re looking for students who are using digital printing in an innovative and exciting way. This could be in your imagery, treatment of the fabric after it’s been printed, what you’re making with the fabric, or something else entirely.

In return we will offer partial sponsorship of your final collection (we can’t give a fixed prize as it will depend on what you’re creating and what you need from us).

How to apply: Follow @printandpressuk on Instagram, and post an image of your work. Explain in the caption how your work is pushing the boundaries of digital textile printing. Don’t forget to tag us, and use the hashtag #digisponsorship in your entry.

Deadline: 9am Monday 13th March 2017

Prize: Free digital fabric printing, amount to be agreed with the winner based on their needs

This competition is open to all UK final year university students, regardless of your discipline.

Terms and Conditions:

You will need to be a follower of @printandpressuk on Instagram to win the prize.

The competition is only open to UK students in their final year of university. Textiles students can apply, and it is also open to students studying fashion, illustration, art, product design, craft, and any other creative subject.

The winner will be decided after reviewing all Instagram pictures tagged with #digisponsorship, and @printandpressuk, after 9am on Monday 13th March 2017. Any entries received after this time won’t be considered, and the judge’s decision is final.

We will announce the winner on our blog and social media on Monday 20th March. The winner will then have 2 weeks to contact Print & Press, London to finalise the details of the prize.

The prize will consist of free digital fabric printing from Print & Press, London, to be used by the student for part of their final collection. The amount given will depend on the student’s requirements.

The winning student will acknowledge the sponsorship in any printed or online literature, and to post on social media acknowledging the sponsorship.

Print & Press will not cover all of the winner’s digital fabric printing needs, the prize is for partial sponsorship.

This promotion isn’t sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, or any other social media service.
